My system shutdown again and again even before booting into the windows.

I am using Windows7, my system shutdowns automatically again and again before even booting into the Windows welcome screen. It shows Start up Repair screen but as soon as I can press enter it shutdowns/restarts.

I tried replacing the MoBo battery but no luck. Also tried to reinstall Windows from DVD but as soon as the option Windows is loading Files is displayed it again ShutDowns. I am doubting the soft restart or shutdown button on the cabinet might be an issue but how to fix it..??

Please help...I am really screwed...!!

Hmm, does the computer beep or anything before shutting down?

Can you access the BIOS- in which case what temperature is the CPU running at? Also is the CPU fan spinning. This sort of behaviour often happens...
