I had bought a 64GB micro sd card for my Lumia 520 and it was working smoothly. But recently my brother put the sd card in his phone and it couldn't read it.when I place it back in my phone, my phone couldn't read it. It shows that there is no micro sd card. Please help!!

have you tried using a MicroSD to SD Adapter to insert it in a laptop or something? Also how careful was your brother? I broke a 16gb MicroSD myself when trying to pull it out of my PC cardreader, they break quite easily. There are companies who can recover a broken MicroSD, but thats very, very expensive. Try your MicroSD in some other devices, or consider buying a new one.
What companies do you know that can recover from a physically cracked micro-SD card? Once a monolithic flash device is cracked it won't be possible to wire connections to the memory.
However, micro sd cards have the lowest endurance among flash memory devices so they can easily fail on there own electronically. At that point you can recover the data, but there's no way to be sure unless you rule everything else out first.
