Umm, well the title pretty much sums it up.

The first one is either a SNES or Genesis game, it consisted of you a being a tiny little soldier navigating a small area and along the way you could find other tiny soldiers which helped you kill the enemies in each level. The level design was quite fun (even included rivers you could swim through). The thing I really vividly recall about this game is the screen at the start of each level, which shows a long queue of people lining up to get drafted into the army.

The second game was on the PC, a sort of typical fantasy thing, with 4 characters with different stories. The first one was a warrior, in which you started outside mountains, there was another knight, a bearded fellow who started up in a dungeon, and two others, a bulky dwarf and a blonde elf with a bow. They all had different stores I recall they intertwined at some point. It's 3D, combat's not that intuitive, got stuff like skeletons, goblins and the type.

Thanks in advance, anyone who's gonna help :)
