Intel Turbo Boost Help!

Hellooo!
I have an intel i5 3470 and msi b75mae33
and with occt the best I get is 3.4Ghz, and I should get 3.6Ghz, Turbo Boost is enabled. How ever, when Loading Defaults on bios it gives 3.6Ghz, but I don't want to load defaults, so which specific option let turbo boost work? Ty

Sorry, but I don't get it
I know 3.2 is base, but when enabling turbo boost it only gets to 3.4, not 3.6
the only way for me to get 3.6 is loading Defaults settings on bios which I dont want to do..
still looking for the specific feature to change, I think something with powersaving but not sure what
