My Internet Got Extremely Low Over The Past 2 Days

Please Help D: ''Question Still Unanswered" I dont know what to do,i've cheched previous threads about this and yet cant fix this. I've also tried connecting my computer via an ethernet cable with no success.Also tried reseting my router.....didnt work either.I've called my internet provider.DIDNT WORK...what can i do...Tried running a speedtest. Ping:163 Download Speed: 0.07 Mbps!!!!!!!! Upload Speed: 0.42 Mbps......Please Answer FAST!!!

What internet provider? Where? What type of connection? What do you usually get?

Ote Connx. I'm usually connetcted wirelessly but tried connection via an ethernet cable and no success.What bothers me the most is my download speed.Btw sr for late answer

{sorry for double post} Im currently running another speed test. Ping fell to 109 while it's still calculating download speed for 10 mins now!Currently at 0.03

What I meant was the connection from your router to the ISP. Fibre? DSL? DOCSIS (Cable)? Cellular?

I need to go to bed now, though.
