Hi, I just got this new keyboard: http://www.coolermaster-usa.com/product.php?product_id=...

but the number keys are not working, except for 5 and 6.. The number pad works fine.
I looked on google and alot of people seem to have this problem, and I haven't found a solution yet. I will probably send it back to the shop, but maybe there is a solution without sending it back.

I have checked on other computers and the keys are neither working on those.

EDIT: btw, the at key and exclamation are neither working.

If some number keys work but others dont and it is just that keyboard then the keyboard is defective.

I said if the problem is only with that keyboard then it is that keyboard.

If the problem is with multiple keyboards that changes things, then windows key assignments could have been messed with, or bad generic drivers etc.

OK, I have seen this problem a lot over the last few days. More than likely, you do not have a defective keyboard. Here is how I fixed my problem.

Click the start button
In the run box, type "ease of access"
click on the "ease of access" icon at the top
Click on "make my mouse easier to use"
uncheck the box labeled "turn on mouse keys"
click "OK"
close window

Let me know if that helped you.

There is already an answer to this question. It was a defective keyboard and got a working one about half a year ago.
