First will every thing in this build work.
Second is there any PC builds that would be better than this one for gaming at about $2,000.
Third what games at max setting would I be able to play and get about 40-60 FPS.
Final will I be able to play future games on at least high setting with an FPS rate from 30-60.

It'll definitely work, but you can spend your money a bit better.

Here's a variation on that build. It has:

a better cooler
an equal, cheaper GPU
a bigger, faster SSD
an equal, cheaper motherboard
a better power supply (you can run two 780 Tis off it when you want to upgrade)
cheaper, effectively equal memory
