All the apps that appear in the app bar keep crashing, Well, actually they're minimizing themselves. If i click on them in the app or task-bar they instantly minimize again. Can someone please help me? suggestions are welcome. Installed windows 8.1 last month. Used registry cleaner (clean-my-PC) last night and the problem started ever since. My PC specs:
