Unidentifed network LAN

My daughter took my computer to use. Gave it back. I have tried to connect to the internet, however I get the unidentified network. Have tried everything I can think of. Help

ask her if she had made any change in the network settings you may have to redo all your network settings again .

I went into all the suggested areas to try to fix this. The one area I do not know what to do with is to input the ISP number and password. I emailed my provider and they said it would cost me more per month. I did not know why. It is only one computer.

you still have your original settings from the provider so reset the computer back and ask your daughter if she did not contact the provider under your name to made some change .
