Hi
recently i have been looking at buying a new gpu, to improve gaming performance mainly.
the are my current specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5 4670
Operating System: windows 8.1 64 bit
Motherboard: Gigabyte H87M-HD3
RAM: 8GB DDR3 1660mhz (2x4GB)
Hard Drive: Seagate 1TB (Hybrid 8GB SSD)
Optical Drive: 22x DVD±RW DL S-ATA
Sound card: Onboard 7.1 Audio
Internet: Wireless 802.11N 300Mbps MIMO PCI-E card
Graphics card: Intel Hd Graphics 4600
Monitors: LG 21.5" 22EN33S-B LED (1080p and D-SUB only)
PSU: 500W PSU
I have managed to find 2 cards in my budget (less than £90) one of them recommended in a similar thread.
this one was recommended to me here
however the other day I found this one which I believe to be better
Also my psu is not the best and under no circumstances do I want to replace this. (difficult and too expensive)
I am wary of the fact that the 250x is more power hungry and my psu doesn't have the 6 pin adapter.
also I have found this comparison (here) which suggests that the 750 is 26% better but is this worth £9? and would the 750 be the best option
thank you in advance and sorry for the long post
