I found best deal on 8.1 full disk at Best Buy for $96 & found best deal on 8 Pro at The PC Software Connection Store for $86 - both are Disc version (not upgrade or download). Is there any valid reason to NOT get the Pro edition? I don't plan on using the added features but figure what the heck considering it is $10 less expensive.
I am specifically asking if the OS will cause any problems or if the store has a bad reputation (which I have not found so far)

If it's the same price or cheaper, go for the Pro. In addition to allowing you to log onto a Microsoft Domain, which you might want to do some day, it also allows you to run Microsoft Hyper-V and run virtual machines, without having to use third-party virtualization software like Virtual Box. Hyper-V will be better integrated with Microsoft operating systems than any free, third-party software.

Unfortunately, I cannot vouch for "The PC Software Connection Store", and whether or not they are selling you a valid (i.e., non-pirated) license key for Win 8 Pro. As you probably know, the upgrade to 8.1 is free.
