When I'm in World of warcraft my clock speed is 1201 and voltage is 1187. The temp is around 59 celcius. How much of a "load" is this? I mean will this shorten the lifespan of my gpu?

Solution
Yes, don't worry. I've overclocked all my components for years and I've never had a part fail. Tons of people overclock the CPU it's no problem at all. Heat is the real killer of components, not "how hard" they are working.

There's no reason worrying about your video card. It's rendering the game. If it lowered the clock speed, your game performance would suffer. It is not designed to do this. They are literally designed to play games for extended periods of time. People that do bitcoin mining literally have their GPU's running at 100% for 12 hours+ at a time.

It's not the temp i'm worried about. I don't want my 760ti SC to crap out a year sooner than it needs to, ya know? Anyone have experience with this kinda thing?

I have my CPU slightly over clocked from 3.4 ghz to 3.6 is that fine too?
