How do I setup Raid 0?

I have 2 500gb hdds which i'd like to setup in a Raid 0 array.

Specs-
Intel Core i5- 4430
MSI Z87-G41 Motherboard
EVGA 750ti
8gb ram
2 500gb hdds

How to create the array and will i lose windows?
Also my motherboard advertises something called super raid. What is this?

Don't do RAID0, it will more than double the chances of losing your data.
Use 1 drive as the OS drive and the other for storage separately.
If you want faster speeds, get a small SSD to install your OS to.
