Numerous non-blue screen crashes.

My desktop has been suffering three kinds of crashes, infrequently at first but with growing frequency.

1) Computer restarts without warning, as though from a power surge.
2) Computer completely freezes, just displaying the last image sent to the monitor. Entirely unresponsive.
3) Computer freezes as above but also emits a horrible buzzing noise through the speakers/headphone/whatever is plugged into audio jack.

None of these crashes produce blue-screens or any sort of crash log. Sometimes the computer will go days without issue. Other times I cannot rely on even 15 minutes of unbroken use. Problems tend to compound while gaming but sometimes I can game for hours without issue. It will also crash while just sitting unused at the desktop. I have been checking on similar problems and following suggestions.

My first thought was PSU because of the first crash type. However, I have experienced all three types of crashes with 2 different PSUs and completely different sets of cables and both PSUs are large enough to run my computer (one is a 750w, the other an 850w).

My second thought was memory but I've run the computer with only one of my RAM sticks in each of my 4 RAM slots and crashes occurred in all configurations. I have yet to run a mem-test but I find it unlikely that both RAM sticks have failed so I have not yet pulled the trigger on that.

At this point, I suspect my motherboard is the cause of the problems but I wanted to run the situation by some more experienced people before I spend another half-day elbow-deep in my desktop.

I have attached an everest report of my load out below. Everest does not recognize my motherboard, however, which suggests to me that my suspicions about motherboard failure are probably accurate.

My motherboard is an ASRock Z77 Extreme6.
