Is the ARCTIC Freezer 13 good for and AMD 8350?

I just built a rig with an AMD FX 8350 and a GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 motherboard. I was wondering if the ARCTIC Freezer 13 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835186039 would be a good air cooler for the processor? The stock cooler works, but is rather loud, and I would prefer a quieter, higher performance cooler. I would do water cooling, because I want to overclock, but my case won't support most water coolers. If this isn't a good cooler, does anyone have any recommendations? My case will only support a cooler that is under 8 inches tall or so.

Well some not too expensive coolers for just under or at 152mm which should be 6inches,

If your case does support a 120mm fan in the back should the next be two nice water coolers under $50 right now,

8 inches equals about 203.2mm...so the 158mm. cooler master hyper 212 CPU cooler should fit in your case, it's one of the best CPU air cooler and it comes at a very good price, it gets recommanded all the time and for good reason, it's a golden value product, here :

See it's also only 24dba so it's very silent, you could fit any 120mm fan you would want on this one but the stock CM fan that come's with it is already dead silent...compared to stock cooler it's day and night and the temps will also be MUCH better...
