make recovery dvd for dell mini 10

I need to replace a failing hdd in my mini 10 running windows 7 starter, is there any way to create a dvd copy of the recovery partition ? (ive got an external dvd r/w drive or can use a 16gb usb stick)

the mini didnt come with a restore partition on the drive afaik, Dell inicluded the actual disks in the box. If you dont have them anymore, contact dell for a replacement.

{edit} Ok I'm seeing some posts on Dell where only the earlier versions of the mini came with restore disks. Sorry for any confusion.
