My computer crashes while playing games

I recently built a new computer with all new parts except for ram, harddrive, optical, and my wifi card. All of which were compatible with the new. Everytime i try to play a game it will crash and now it just crashes my entire computer. Not only games but now software has started to crash regularly. I have attempted a restore but i still get the same errors.

  1. Complete specs? Download HWMonitor and keep an eye on your temps while you are using the PC.
  2. Would help if we had the full spec's of your rig.

    GPU: make/model
    PSU: make/model
    RAM: ?
    OS : ?
    CPU/GPU Temp: ?

Without that there is no way to even guess as to what the problem could be.
