How do I get rid of the damned colorscheme performance message in win7?

I always press "Don't show again" Yet it comes again and again.
I even turned Maintenance messages->Windows troubleshooting off though I'm not sure that's what it is... And it still came... It's getting pretty annoying...

Here is something you may find helpful:

I've finally found a solution!

Since Windows doesn't understand how resources work, you need to keep it from checking them:

In regedit go to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\DWM (create if not already existent)

Set a new DWORD UseMachineCheck with a value of 0.

This will keep Windows from checking if your computer "performs slowly" and thus attempting to disable Aero.

Solved all my problems!

Didn't work :C Apparently it has only worked for some.
