I am working on a new build. AMD FX 6300 and ECS 990 motherboard. I was attempting to install a new 212 EVO and had an issue. I tried to remove the heatsink and after I did I found the CPU stuck to the bottom of it.
How much damage did this probably cause to the socket? I did not see any bent pins and the cpu went back in the socket without
