Hello I would like to install a SSD hard drive on this mother board, To make it a bit faster Will this work? what Bio's setting do i use?

10000 RPM HDDs are probably not worth your money anyways.

I suppose with an SSD you will see faster load times, but just buying a single computer part likely won't drastically increase your level of performance.

well I have maxed out my Ram 4 good sticks low latency Running AMD FX60 dual core. Have some suggestions? I know the mother board should be updated. But I am Unemployed after 35 yrs at the same company- which really blows. I am NOT a gamer but loading and access is slower then i would like, I will need a new hard drive soon! Thats why I'm asking for some help. Would I be better off running a FX57 single core instead? Thanks for your time I really do appreciate it.
