Corsair Headset Issues

I recently bought a Corsair 2100 gaming headset, and all has worked well except for the software. The shortcut that opens it seems to be broken. I can only open my Headset control panel by going to hidden icons and selecting restore. I have already tried reinstalling the software and defragmenting my registry.

Why would you defragment your registry it sounds like you have a lot of issues. I'd personally just reformat and fresh install your programs to eliminate it being software related. If the issue persists after that then its hardware related
