The first thread regarding the situation.

Anyway...
As I have said in my other thread, I got a zap/shock feeling from my iPod charger and/or my PC case if I held the charger at the contacts (whilst plugged into my 360) and then touched my PC case.

So I plugged my PC into a different plug socket/outlet in a different room in my house, and plugged my iPod charger into the plug socket/outlet too using one of those USB wall plugs.
I turned everything on (including he plug socket, as all main plug sockets/outlets have a switch next to them in England), and I didn't feel anything. No shock/zap feeling.

I tried it again in my bedroom, but Thai time I didn't plug my iPod into my Xbox 360 or TV; I just plugged it into the plug socket/outlet using the USB wall adapter. Same thing. No zap/shock felling.

So then I plugged my iPod charger into my 360 (like I did I the first thread, 360 was turned on), and I got the zap/shock feeling. Same with plugging the charger into my TV.

What is causing this to happen? It doesn't do it when the charger is actually plugged into an outlet using the USB adapter, but then does it when the charger is plugged into my TV or Xbox 360.
