Hello, So recently I switched my CPU from a I5 to a I7 3770k and I've been getting weird issues I never had before. Like this one I used to could watch a stream on my 2nd monitor and play D3 on my main one and maintain around 150+ fps but now with my i7 when I go to do that I'm dropping down to between 50 and 70 fps. I'm not sure what causing that my ram is fine actually just replaced in thinking I might of had ram doing bad and didn't make a difference. If I turn the stream I'm watching off I go between 170 to 180 fps.
