I have an 8320 + msi gtx 660 sli.
I don't know if a 80+ gold 750w psu is enough power to run these parts smoothly.

For a system using two GeForce GTX 660 Ti graphics cards in 2-way SLI mode NVIDIA specifies a minimum of a 650 Watt or greater system power supply that has a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 38 Amps or greater and that has at least four 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

Total Power Supply Wattage is NOT the crucial factor in power supply selection!!! Sufficient Total Combined Continuous Power/Current Available on the +12V Rail(s) is the most critical factor.

Overclocking of the CPU and/or GPU(s) may require an additional increase to the maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current ratings, recommended above, to meet the increase in power required for the overclock. The additional amount required will depend on the magnitude of the overclock being attempted.

Cooler Master VS Series V750S (RS-750-AMAA-G1)
• OEM: Enhance Electronics
• maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 62 Amps <===== Way more than enough
• four (6+2)-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors
• Semi-Modular Output Cables: Yes
• Official Intel Haswell Compliance: Yes
• 80 PLUS GOLD Efficiency Certification
• 5 Year Limited Warranty

Yeah, at full load you'll pull around 500w or so, 750 is plenty :)

And overclocking will help in CPU-intensive situations/games, but the 8320 can fully saturate 660s in SLI just fine.

I think it will be ok without overclocking I did not see any difference what so ever when I overclocked my 3570k. I had my two cards running on a i3 before I got the i5 and did not see hardly any difference in gaming performance from the i3 to the i5.

Since 750w is plenty, could I just go for a 650w 80+ gold to save a couple bucks?

If you haven't bought the power supply, I would do this: http://www.ncixus.com/products/?usaffiliateid=100003150...

It's a little cheaper up front than the one you listed above, but gives you a $25 mail-in rebate as well as being a much higher quality power supply. I would stay with 750w for the higher efficiency you'll get running the 2 cards.
