Hello, I just finished building a new computer, however after trying to turn it on nothing happened except for a green led on the motherboard.

Asus P9X79 LE Motherboard
Intel i7-4820K
Hyper 212 EVO CPU Cooler
Corsair CX600M PSU
Gigabyte GTX 770 2GB
Corsair Vengeance Blue 8GB DDR3 RAM (X1)
Kingston Hyperx 3k SSD 128GB
1TB Western Digital Hard Drive
I done a bit of research and found out that i should flash the bios, this was successfully done to the latest - 4608, but after i tried to turn it on nothing happened again.
I've tried taking it apart and putting it back together.
I've tried changing the position of the RAM according to what is recommended in the manual.
I've also tried another PSU and still doesn't work.
Nothing seems to work, any help would be appreciated??
