What motherboard to pair with FX-6300?

Hey guys, I'm thinking of buying a new motherboard for my FX-6300 and I'm thinking of overclocking it to about 4.2-4.4Ghz. I'm thinking of buying one that's not more than 150$ (CAD). I'm going to get a new cooler, any recommendations? I'll change my Graphics card when I can, I know it's rather old for the current games.

Here's my current system:
CPU: FX-6300
Motherboard: GA-970A-D3
GPU: Radeon 6850
RAM: 8GB Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz

Possibly get the Asus Sabertooth 990FX ? You could overclock your CPU with a $150 easily. A good cooler is either Corsair H80 / H100i or something like Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo
