Computer doesnt recognize devices

I had to reinstall my win 7 OS and now it's not recognizing either of my internet devices, the ethernet or the wireless, I know they work because ive had this computer for years. It places both underneath the "other devices" tab in the device manager. I would just download the drivers but I dont know what the devices are so I'm unable to do so.

No, the drivers for Windows and Linux are separate. The two OSes run on different partitions and their respective system files don't interact in any way. The problem is just that you need to install the Windows drivers.

So modify my above instructions in this way: use the working Linux side to d/l the drivers from the link (there will probably be a bunch of wireless drivers there, so try them all until you find the right one) and use a flash drive to copy them to Windows. You could also mount the Windows partition within linux and copy the Windows driver files with the file manager there.

Its a Dell Inspiron N7010 but its "refurbished" and I cant update the drivers because I cant connect to the internet, and I dont know what my devices are so I cant download them on a seperate computer either.
