Overclock vs Voltage Heat?

So was going to quickly ask, if I purely increase the clock speed of my cpu without touching the voltage. Will that increase the heat output of the CPU?

Currently overclocked stock 4.2Ghz to 4.8Ghz without touching Voltage and stable.

Yes. The power consumption, and thus the amount of heat generated, scales with both clock frequency and voltage - voltage just has a bigger impact than clock frequency (IIRC power consumption is proportional to the clock frequency, and proportional to the voltage squared).
