I'm building an other computer and i was wondering if adding another 1680 x 1050 would be better than a single 1080. I know it's better resolution but how annoying will be the bezels?
Thanks

You can't play a 3D shooter on 2 monitors. How are you going to aim? You need at least 3 monitors, and you will probably need a very good videocard or two decent cards in SLI to run that.

Only game I am aware of that supports 2 monitors is Supreme Commander

If it's work station, go for the 2. If it's a gaming rig, it won't make a huge difference really, but 1080 will look slightly better.

Lets say that I get two more for three 1680 x 1050 monitor. The card is a GTX760. Just making sure but that card can handle that resolution right? And also playback 4K?
Thanks

Or how about the Radeon R9 270X 4GB

Neither, you won't be able to get a playable framerate with 3 monitors at high resolution.

You are better off with one high quality 1080 or 1440 monitor. Any low end card will lag at 1440. That's why they are low end. Get the 760 and just one monitor for now.
