Is this a decent first build? (hoping to play ultra for the next two years)

Hi guys, I currently am researching components for my first build. My budget is around 1300-1500 USD, and I won't be building/buying all of the parts until around August.

I plan on using this build for gaming. To be more specific, I would love for it to handle Watch Dogs, Dragon Age: Inquisition, and Shadow of Mordor on Ultra.

Here it is:

CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler with 120mm PWM Fan
Motherboard: Asus Maximus VI Hero ATX LGA1150
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600
Storage: Samsung 840 Pro Series 128GB 2.5" SSD (for OS), Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM (for data)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 780 3GB Superclocked ACX
Case: Corsair 550D ATX Mid Tower Casewer
Power Supply: Corsair 850W
Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer

I did some research, and I know the 850W for the PSU is overkill, but I chose that because when the time comes for Witcher 3 to be released, I am more than likely going to get another GTX 780 card for an SLI set up, considering how demanding that game looks, so I would rather buy the larger battery now than having to get a new one. I'm also considering getting 16GB ram instead of 8 because I love to multitask and will end up having 3 monitors hooked up.

I would love for your guys' input if you think this setup will be decent to run the next couple of years in High-Ultra. Feedback/criticism is welcome, and any suggestions/tips for a first time builder would be awesome as well!

Edit--Here is the PC Part Picker List:

Thanks!

I don't know if ULTRA for next 2 YEARS, however it will provide excellent performance for upcoming games and in the worst scenario you will be playing High the next year...then again we can't predict what will happen in the future, this is a raw estimate, enjoy your rig!

PS= consider changing your i7 for an i5, i7s are kind of a waste of money

Thanks for your response. That's still great in my books, considering I'm new to PC gaming and still find 2011 Ultra setting games to be really appealing lol.

Is there an i5 you recommend that will be able to handle GTX780 SLI? Also, are there any cons to an overkill PSU like mentioned above, since I won't be doing the SLI until about half a year later probably

Great, thanks! Do you think the i5 will be able to handle games a couple years from now?
