why does my wifi keep droping ?

Okay to start off I have Time Warner cable . I just moved in to a new town house and out of no were my WiFi just started acting stupid . It drops connection every 5 mins or so then it comes back on. Back in my old house this never ever happened until we moved here . Please help ! :(

I have used inSSIDer to see what other wireless signals are around me. That will show you what channel your neighbors are on and also the strength of your signal. If you see changes in your signal, you may need to move your router around until you get a good one... could be something else interfering, like metal in the walls, etc.
