Have you looked to see which fans? Is it on the new card?
Double check that you've locked it down in the pcie slot and attached the power connectors properly. The make sure you've used the right connector to your monitor.

Yep - card faulty, power supply faulty, motherboard faulty, monitor faulty, cable faulty, cable in wrong connector, etc etc

Psu is from hp its like 380 watts or something.

With the hd 6770 you should have a minimum 450W psu with at least 25A on the 12V rail. I bet HP hasn't put a real good psu in there.
I'd say put in a new good psu but everything is pretty old. I think it'd be throwing money away. Probably better to put the money into a better pc.
I'm thinking of getting asus sabertooth z87 mobo and i7 4770 3.4. I have the money I just need to know if that's a good wombo combo. Also a corsair tx 750w
