My mobo is really old, my other computer doesnt have the right psu. Are there any popular problems that can cause this black screen?

Mainboard : Asus LEUCITE3
Chipset : Intel i945G/GZ
Processor : Intel Pentium XE 925 @ 3000 MHz
Physical Memory : 6144 MB DDR2-SDRAM
Monitor Type : Hewlett Packard HP 2311 - 23 inches
Bios : Phoenix Technologies, LTD (Manufacturer : Phoenix T Version : 3.18
Date : 11/10/2006)
Psu is from hp its like 380 watts or something.
Need anything else?

With the hd 6770 you should have a minimum 450W psu with at least 25A on the 12V rail. I bet HP hasn't put a real good psu in there.

I'd say put in a new good psu but everything is pretty old. I think it'd be throwing money away. Probably better to put the money into a better pc.
