red and blue offset on computer monitor while playing games

when I start up any game on my computer the monitor takes a red and blue copy of the image and puts them on opposite sides of the screen rendering the game useless.

what is your system setup? motherboard, cpu, graphics card? Power supply?

Intel core i7 CPU, NVidia GeForce 210 graphics card, HP pavilion elite HPE. Don't know how to find the motherboard info.

Try removing the card and replacing it. It might not be seated properly. Make sure you are using the correct and most recent drivers for that card.

Those are signs of a Dying Graphic card.

I'm sorry bro , you'll have to replace it or get a replacement if its under warranty.

If it wasn't seated properly wouldn't it happen all the time not just on games?

Same question for if it was dying.
