So my internet cuts out randomly whether it be a couple hours to an hour to every couple minutes. Whenever it disconnects, it goes to limited connection for about 2 minutes, and then goes back to normal. Sometimes after it cuts out after an hour, it cuts out again a couple minutes after it reconnects. I have Time Warner Cable, but don't know if this is an ISP problem or something to do with my modem or router. Help?
