I found a deal on craigslist and I was wondering if it's good for the price. For gaming, I was thinking about AMD FX 8320 but then I saw this craigslist deal. It's a i5 3570k with a z77 ds3h motherboard for $200. I'm still e-mailing if its used(most likely it is).
