The SELLER also has several pages of CPU's listed many with impossibly low prices, but no Feedback score at all?

Sounds like your money would either disappear or you will get something but not what you paid for.

Ali-express is a chinese worldwide sales website.
I'm not the devil's advocate, but they have serious sellers & buyers, and have been working for long time.
Of course, it is not free from people trying to take advantage of the situation. Even in Ebay I heard problems like this.

Better look somewhere else, huh?
