Hi, I'm planning to buy Intel Haswell G3220 3Ghz processor + GeForce GTX650 1GB DDR5 but i saw APU which has both CPU and GPU of AMD A-Series.

I just want to ask which better in terms of performance and graphics in playing hd games,
If APU is better what series do I need to buy?
and lastly, if I buy gpu like radeon will the graphic performance combined?

Thanks in advance

CPU plus gpu is 10 to 10000 times better than an apu.

Combining GPU with integrated graphics gives you negligible benefit over just a gpu

Thanks for your quick reply. so apu is not that good.

I just want to follow up my question.. if APU is not good what is the counterpart of Haswell G3220 + GeForce GTX650 in AMD and Radeon?

There is no "counterpart" as you don't need an AMD CPU to get an AMD graphics card. There's no advantage and often the Intel CPU's are better.

You should just be buying the best gaming CPU in your budget.

Unfortunately, it can be very tough to decide between a good, 2-core Intel CPU and a 6-core AMD CPU as the market is starting to shift to require more than two cores but currently many games work better on the 2-core Intel CPU.

Update:
That G3220 is a truly awesome CPU for $65! It was bottleneck Metro LL but the other games in this review were fine.

This is the card I recommend that is roughly your budget: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-video-card-gtx750tioc...

Thanks Sir photonboy

So intel is the best in terms of gaming cpu... But when I search the net, there are so many people using AMD and Radeon as their gaming pc.
I just want to know why they are using AMD instead of intel? Im confused. Any idea??
