I agree, the i5-4670K.

You need to give a BUDGET if you want help with the other components and be slightly more SPECIFIC on the parts and use of the computer (for gaming?). Is Windows 8 part of the budget?

Please don't keep asking for "some of the cheapest components" when we have no idea what you want to build. For that matter, why do you even want a $250 CPU when you want the "cheapest"?

1) Give your TOTAL BUDGET.

2) What is it for? (Gaming, video editing)

3) What hardware does it include? (the case and internals ONLY, or do you need a monitor, keyboard, mouse..?)

4) What COUNTRY are you in?
