Hello so when overclocking should i dissable turbo core and leave the cool n quiet on?

Since i dont want it to run at max speed all the time if not needed and thats what cool n quiet does right?

or does it have any negative inpact?

disable turbo, leave cnq on, rise voltage and multiplyer slowly until i get max stable oc?

is there some other settings i should do something about?

My goal is 4,5ghz that should not be so hard.

1.5v is max safe voltage what voltage should i start with that should be able to keep 4,5 ghz?

yea thanks but do you know about cool n quiet?

What i have understand it lowers your voltage and core speed when in idle because when i overclock to lets say 4,5 ghz i dont want my cpu to run at 4,5 ghz all the time even when idle i want it to auto turn down clock speed when not needed.

That is what cool n quiet does right?
