I am facing a severe issues. Whenever the user enters the login credentials, the monitor background becomes black. The .exe files does not work. Even RDP programs does not work. When I log off and enter another user, the other user is fine. When I again login to the user with problems, it works perfectly fine. However, whenever computer is rebooted, the same error occurs again. I have created a new profile with the same data, but I get the same error. Is there error with data or system. Safe mode gives me the same problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
