It looks similar to a fan controller. The top left reading looks to be a inside case temperature. Considering it says ROG on it and ASUS, I'd guess its the motherboard temperature it is displaying.

Yea it looks like a motherboard thing. The top right is the CPU fan speed. The bottom two show the clock speed of the processor.

100x42=4200=4.2GHz. Whatever you have (guessing an i7) is running at an overclock of 4.2GHz according to that thing.

This looks like a really nice build BTW. Good job. :)
