Solution
If you are a heavy DayZ player then I would recommend going with a high end Haswell i3 or a low end i5.

Like the i3 4340 (http://ark.intel.com/products/77771/Intel-Core-i3-4340-Processor-4M-Cache-3_60-GHz)

or the i5 4440 (http://ark.intel.com/products/75038/Intel-Core-i5-4440-Processor-6M-Cache-up-to-3_30-GHz) but if you were to stick with AMD then whatever CPU you get it probably won't fix the problem.

An i5 4670K would be the sweet spot for your graphics card.
