Hi, I have a 2560x1440 monitor now , and I am planning to go Nvidia Surround with 3xASUS vn248 (1080p) displays, But at the same time I still want to use my 2560x1440 monitor as a 4th monitor, not included in Nvidia Surround that's for sure, just for Desktop and Browsing. Is this even possible ? and if yes , how? I want to make sure before buying the 3 monitors.

GPU: 2-way SLI 780gtx

It is possible. You can connect up to two monitors per card, but not in SLI mode. In SLI mode, it is considered on GPU and you can only connect 2 monitors to ONE card only. Disable, SLI and connect your monitors. In the Nvidia Control Panel, under "Configure Surround, PhysX", select the three monitors you want to use for your surround display.

Linus mentioned that you can have 3 monitors setup with just one GPU , by having 2 monitors plugged in DVI and the third one plugged into DP "by having a DP-to-DVI converter".
My 780gtx have 2x DVI , 1x HDMI , 1xDP ports , so I can plug the 3x Asus VN248 monitors to my GPU while still maintaining the SLI mode. But my question is, can I plug my fourth monitor "the 2560x1440 one" to the fourth port (HDMI) while still having the 3 monitors on Nvidia Surround ? or I just can't plug it at all ? I want to do this without disabling SLI mode.

My mistake. The GTX 780 will support up to 4 monitors according to Nvidia, so you should be able to plug the 4th into the hdmi.
