I'm planning to get together a rig for gaming. Don't get much time nowadays, still something for 2-3hrs of gaming everyday. I won't be playing @ highest settings so not going to spend a fortune on it. I've selected these components :
MoBo : Asus M5A99FX Pro / M5A99X EVO
Proc : AMD FX-8320
RAM : Crucial Ballistix Sport 1600MHZ 2x 8GB
SSD : Samsung EVO 128GB
GPU : EVGA GTX750i Superclocked 2GB
PSU : Corsair CX 700M
I'm on a tight budget so can't extend it much but if I can get anything better in that budget, I'm game

If you're planning on over clocking, then sure go ahead with the CPU+MOBO , but if not you could go lower on them and the PSU and get a better GPU. You should get a more expensive GPU than CPU. Also drop that SSD for a HDD. WD's Caviar Blue/ Black series are pretty good. I boot with the WD blue 500GB 3/4 full with Windows 7 in 20 secs or less. That's more or less the same as a SSD

There's just a difference of $8 between 600W and 750W PSU so I thought of getting the 750W. Should I get the 600W instead ?
So 500GB Blue or Black ? Will save about $20-25 if I drop the SSD for the HDD.
What GPU are you suggesting ? Need something which is not that expensive and is better than GTX750 Ti (tight budget).

Best solution
Since you're getting them from Amazon, I suggest that you wait for a sale. I was also looking at these PSUs and realised that their price always jumps back and forth. The cheapest should be $60 for the CX600M
For the GPU, check this out

This R9 270 offers more or less the same performance as the GTX 660 and is cheaper. But of course, there isn't PhysX

I'll go for the R9 270 then. I have been using Radeon for a long time, wanted to use GTX but I'll settle for 270 if it performs little better than 660. I won't be playing the games at highest settings, just moderate will do.
