WHy my nfs rivals is not running smooth in i3 processor 1gb ATI gpu 4300series and 3gb ram

The minimum requirements for RAM for this game is 4GB, and you only have 3. That could be your problem. Your CPU and Graphics card meet the requirements to play. If you add more Ram you still will only be able to play smoothly at up to medium settings though.
