The PSU which I have chosen is the Antec HCG 620, will it support this configuration for more than 2 years?

Gigabyte B85M-D3H
2x4GB DDR3-1600 1.5v G.Skill Ares
1TB HDD 7200RPM WD Caviar Blue
Sapphire Radeon R9 280X Dual X
3 pcs. Bitfenix Pro 140mm fans

A Radeon R9-280X needs at least 30 amps on the 12v rail and a 550 watt power supply.

The Antec HCG 620 has 48 amps on the 12v rail and is more than enough power to run your setup.
