  1. Gee Arctic Silver costs a lot where you are. Can you get a smaller/cheaper amount?

    The Coolermaster hyper 212 EVO seems to be the predominantly preferred cooler here. Look at reviews.

    Otherwise, I think the proposed build looks 100%

    I would go for better mobo and gtx 750
    and IPS monitor :)
