Windows Services Takes up all resources

Often when my computer is running, there is a group of windows services that takes up a majority of my resources, mainly the Disk and CPU

Anyone know why this is, or if i can shut any of these services down?

I think you may be thinking of system idle process. That is the idle portion the CPU, and it is not being used.

It's not just CPU tho, its mainly the Disk
