need new quite fans for pc

Can anyone recommend some cheap( please use UK or Irish websites) 120mm case fans and a cpu cooler. On the cpu cooler I would rather not have to pay more then 15 euro and case fans about 10. Any suggestions much appreciated and if they had blue LED'd that would be great

Cheap fans that are actually good, probably best going for Fractal Design. They are pretty quiet, larger the fan, more blades and slower the rotation generally the quieter it is. As for a CPU cooler the same theory applies. 15 Euro doesn't give you a lot of options, I would say at the price probably go for an Akasa, Arctic Cooling or a coolermaster if you can. But the cheaper cooler masters aren't generally up to the same standard as the more expensive end of the range.

I was thinking I was a bit hopeful maybe i'll get a EVO 212 I was just wondering if there were any cheap but very good ones out there, that was a quick repley and thanks for it :)
