Solution
Try removing the graphics card and booting up your PC. Use the onboard display and try to boot. If it boots, uninstall the drivers (Uninstall Nvidia Drivers) then shut down your computer. Now install your graphics card and try to boot, if the computer boots do a clean install of your Nvidia drivers (Install the WHQL version) now your PC should work fine. It sometimes occurs due to improper installation of the drivers. Do this and tell me the results :D
